CST’s online COACHING programs are constructed to help you get the most out of your riding performance. 

Whether you’re at home, at the gym, or at the farm, CST creates individual programs that best fits your busy schedule and training abilities. You will have access to our training app so you can get daily programming and have regular communication with us. We’ll also use the app for coaching to ensure you’re getting the most out of your time and training.

I have been working with Coach Sando for 1 month now virtually…

We met this fall at the AECs when I attended a mobility demonstration he was doing with Landsafe. I was very eager to train with him after having several conversations about mobility, functional training, and nutrition, but had some hesitancy about an online trainer. I was nervous about the effectiveness of the program when not in person.

We’re only a month in and I am so happy that I started training with Coach Sando. Through his coaching/program, the physical issues I’ve had with my back and neck that I have seen multiple doctors, trainers, and physical therapists about have already begun to improve. I really appreciated that he took the time to get to know me - what my goals are with my health and riding, what my areas of concern were, what motivates me, and how I’m currently training.

Tony is readily available for any questions, critique about form, or support that I need. The app is so user-friendly, and the exercises are well explained.

PLAN

Set up a Performance Planning Session where we can discuss what your goals are and how CST can help you reach them.

PATTERNS

You'll be sent a Posture and Movement Patterns Assessment Guide to help give us a baseline of your starting point and areas we need to address.

You'll receive an individualized training program based on our assessments that will address your areas of development.

We will evaluate your program through lesson videos you'll be sending us. This will help us make any adjustments to your program to increase your performance.

FAQ

WHY SHOULD I USE AN ONLINE TRAINING PROGRAM INSTEAD OF AN IN PERSON PERSONAL TRAINER?

Expertise: Online training allows you the opportunity to train with top fitness and performance professionals from all over the world, not just those who are close to you. I have many years of experience in working with elite athletes, so you can rest assured that you’ll be receiving expert advice.

Flexible training schedule:  Your training programs are designed to fit into a busy schedule. This eliminates the need to coordinate with a trainer. With online training, you’ll be able to complete your sessions whenever and wherever you choose. If you are uncomfortable training in a gym environment, you can also have a program designed for you to work from home or farm.

Value for money: My online training is more affordable than in-person training.  The standard for in-person training is anywhere between $60-$100+ per hour, and the average training package is two times a week.  Online training gives you a better value for your money.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SEE RESULTS?

Every individual is different when it comes to the results they see from performance training. Usually, my athletes start feeling better after 2 weeks of training.  They report sleeping better, having more energy to ride and overall better mood.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE 12 WEEKS?

This all depends on the individual. Training is not a 12 or 24-week transformation plan. Training for performance should be done as long as you are wanting to compete at a high level.  Once your initial 12 weeks of training with me have been complete, we can discuss the plan moving forward in your competition year.

IF I’M TRAINING FROM HOME OR AT MY FARM, WHAT TYPE OF EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

Depending on your initial assessment, your training program may only need heavy resistance bands or kettlebells. I can give you links to purchase what you need. All programs done from home or farm will only require minimal equipment that is easy to set up and store.

IS COACH SANDO TRAINING RIGHT FOR YOU?

If you need a training program to help your riding performance or to address prior injuries caused by riding.

If you struggle to be consistent with a training and nutrition plan due to your schedule at the farm.

If you are not finding the result you want just by being “in shape”.

This type of training is NOT for everyone. You will need to work hard, be consistent, and be coachable.
