WHY SHOULD I USE AN ONLINE TRAINING PROGRAM INSTEAD OF AN IN PERSON PERSONAL TRAINER?

Expertise: Online training allows you the opportunity to train with top fitness and performance professionals from all over the world, not just those who are close to you. I have many years of experience in working with elite athletes, so you can rest assured that you’ll be receiving expert advice.

Flexible training schedule:  Your training programs are designed to fit into a busy schedule. This eliminates the need to coordinate with a trainer. With online training, you’ll be able to complete your sessions whenever and wherever you choose. If you are uncomfortable training in a gym environment, you can also have a program designed for you to work from home or farm.

Value for money: My online training is more affordable than in-person training.  The standard for in-person training is anywhere between $60-$100+ per hour, and the average training package is two times a week.  Online training gives you a better value for your money.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SEE RESULTS?

Every individual is different when it comes to the results they see from performance training. Usually, my athletes start feeling better after 2 weeks of training.  They report sleeping better, having more energy to ride and overall better mood.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE 12 WEEKS?

This all depends on the individual. Training is not a 12 or 24-week transformation plan. Training for performance should be done as long as you are wanting to compete at a high level.  Once your initial 12 weeks of training with me have been complete, we can discuss the plan moving forward in your competition year.

IF I’M TRAINING FROM HOME OR AT MY FARM, WHAT TYPE OF EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

Depending on your initial assessment, your training program may only need heavy resistance bands or kettlebells. I can give you links to purchase what you need. All programs done from home or farm will only require minimal equipment that is easy to set up and store.

IS COACH SANDO TRAINING RIGHT FOR YOU?

If you need a training program to help your riding performance or to address prior injuries caused by riding.

If you struggle to be consistent with a training and nutrition plan due to your schedule at the farm.

If you are not finding the result you want just by being “in shape”.

This type of training is NOT for everyone. You will need to work hard, be consistent, and be coachable.
